We help human trafficking
survivors in Virginia.

At Magnolia Rose, we create spaces where healing begins. Survivors receive shelter, advocacy, and a community grounded in compassion.

Our Mission

Magnolia Rose is a non-profit organization that provides safe short-term emergency housing with direct advocacy services to rescue and stabilize survivors who have experienced sexual exploitation and trafficking in Virginia. We work collaboratively with survivors and community partners to identify the best long-term therapeutic options.

Need support? We're here for you.

Survivors and victim advocates can make a request for services using our form below. A member of the Magnolia Rose team will respond as soon as possible. We are a volunteer-run organization and may not be able to reply immediately. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911. For urgent human trafficking concerns, contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 or text “BEFREE” to 233733. You can also reach the Virginia State Police by dialing #77.

Please note that most of our referrals are through Virginia State Police and hospitals. However, we want to ensure survivors can access the assistance they need. Please reach out to us using the Request of Services form so we can follow up with you:

We had a great time decorating our Magnolia Rose tree at Hotel Madison, Harrisonburg, Virginia for their annual Christmas Tree Stroll. The event allows local businesses, organizations, and non-profits, such as Magnolia Rose, to decorate a tree and place brochures in their hotel lobby and mezzanine. The trees are all up for public viewing through early January 2026. While in Harrisonburg, stop by to view the trees and pick up information from Magnolia Rose about Virginia’s human trafficking crisis, along with information on other local businesses.
Please click the link below to vote for our tree.

SAY HELLO TO OUR NEW THERAPY SUPPORT MEMBER
FLYNN

Meet Flynn, our new furry advocate and facility therapy service dog who joined Magnolia Rose in August 2025 as one of the youngest graduates from the Mutts with a Mission program. Most of these amazing dogs are trained in various environments and have experience with trauma and medical alerts.

Flynn has already earned his Flight Wing pin for accompanying a veteran with PTSD and already knows 60 commands! He has wasted no time being an invaluable member of our team, providing support to one of our survivors while in the hospital.
